Library is considered to be heart and soul of any academic institution as it plays aextremely important role in the field of education. Education and library are adjoined forever; As a focal point for teaching, learning, and research, library is expected to provide standard information resources.The library on the secondfloor of the college having a seating capacity of 100 students was inaugurated by on 9th August, 1983.It has total area of 3125 Sq. ft, giving access to its rich and paramount collection of primary and secondary educational and informativeresources to its entire user community. Considering its italcrucial, the library is being constantly augmented by the acquisition of latest books, journals and electronic resources.
Well equipped and secured reading rooms
The library has separate seating areas for male and female students with all time CCTV surveillance and broadband facility. We take pride in mentioning that our library is connected to a spacious reading room which is fully air conditioned and has wi-fi and computer facilities. We have made it open for the society as anyone with a nominal fee can avail it and since it is open 24*7 it has proven to be a bliss for young students perusing professional courses like CA, CS, etc. We have ambitious plans to enrich the library even more in near future.

Objectives
To serve the academic community for the furtherance of the academic activities of Adv. S. A. Baheti College, Jalgaon.
To provide reading room facility for students of the college and outsiders with special focus on the ones preparing for competitive and CA, CS exams.
To provide an effective information service
To computerizelibrary resources, storage, retrieval and dissemination
To make available information through a resource sharing programme.
To heighten the reach of library through inter library loan.
To promote and nurture habit of reading amongst students
Code of conduct for students while in library
Every student entering the library shall -
Carry with him or her a valid identity card issued by the institution.
Enter his / her name and put signature in the registration book.
Not use other student’s identity card for library use.
Use books, newspapers, journals, dictionaries and encyclopedia carefully.
Maintain an atmosphere of dignity and silence.
Incur own responsibility for theft of any personal belongings from the library.
Keep own mobile phone on off or silent mode
Timings of reading room usage are to be strictly followed.
Students have to maintain silence and studious environment at all times while in availing the reading room.
Not use pen drive for copying material from the library without permission of the librarian.
Not misuse National Resource Centre (NRC) and reprography facilities in the library.
Not be issued or lent any book from the library without valid identity card.
Abide by the decision of the librarian regarding discipline in the library.
Be liable for stringent action in case of violation of code of conduct.
Students are not allowed to share their passwords with anyone and to keep it safe is their responsibility.
Cleanliness of the reading room to be maintained at all the times.
